Unique Colours – Intense Gel Range is a highly concentrated water-activated pigment (not oil soluble). These products offer a very deep and vibrant matte finish.

Any shade of the chosen colour can be achieved by varying the amount of liquid used when mixing into buttercream, icing, batter etc. From a very light shade to a very deep shade of colour.

Product Uses: 

• Used for colouring fondant, icing, batter, buttercream and more
• Can be used to paint onto hardened fondant or royal icing
• Can not be used to colour low moisture/ fat-based products such as chocolate (please use Candy Colours for colouring chocolate)

How to:

• Simply mix the gel directly into the mixture and stir
